There are two type of file that are available to download:

MP3 files

Mp3 files are audio files that are playable on Windows and Apple computers and many portable devices. If you want to be sure that your computer can play Mp3 files try this test file here.

Zip files

Zip files use less disk space and are faster to download so if you buy a zipped album we will make available to you a zip file containing the Mp3 files. Nearly every computer can read zip files but the way they do so varies enormously. If you want to be sure that your computer can read zip files try this test file here.
If you are having problems with a download please contact us and we will try to help. If we cannot help we will refund your payment.

Buying a download

You pay for a download in the usual way (PayPal or Credit Card authorised by PayPal). Once you confirm the transaction the download file will be available immediately. As internet connections vary you are given 7 days and 5 attempts to download the file to your computer. So if your Internet connection is interrupted during the download you can try again days later. Just log into your Dennis of Grunty Fen account to see your purchased downloads.

Cannot find your downloads?

When you buy a downloadable file it will be held in your Dennis account. Click on My Account at the top of the page to display your orders.
Against each order will be a View order button so click the appropriate one and the items in your order will be displayed. Items that can be downloaded will have a "download" button against them. Occasionally Paypal will stop a transaction for security checks. If your order has a message warning that a payment has not been confirmed please contact us and we will help.

I cannot log on to get my downloads

You can reset your password but first please add info@dennisofgruntyfen.co.uk to your contacts as the larger email companies will block email from small companies like this one. Go to the Login page and click on the Forgot your password? text.
