We use the Royal Mail services and usually 2nd class postage. We aim to despatch orders within 21 days of receipt of any order although usually Miss Edwards works faster than this! If you need something by a certain date please let us know and we'll either rush a little bit or let you know if we can't.

Postal Delays

Occasionally there are delays in the post both in Grunty Fen and in the greater postal system. Please contact us if you have ordered something and not received it after 28 days. We'll let you know if Miss Edwards has dropped something under the counter.

Packing

Packing materials get reused in the Fen, so you may find some familiar company names on packages from us. If you would particularly like to have a new padded bag please let us know with your order.

International orders

We encourage international fans of the Fen to download the digital Dennis. We will send CDs etc to anywhere the Royal Mail is on friendly terms with BUT please email us first for a quote.
